	Office Re-Design. One of our PA REACH East team members will be on-site to analyze your practices’ current workflow, identify any areas for improvement and help you implement changes most conducive to EHR implementation. We will also assess your specific needs and develop  customized criteria for your use in selecting an EHR.
	Research and select a certified EHR product that best meets your needs
	Vendor Preview & Selection. Our experts will help you to “ask the right questions” during the vendor preview process.  We’ll serve as a trusted advisor as to the functionality that your system will need to provide, which will allow you to narrow down top certified vendor candidates and ultimately select the one that will best serve the needs of your practice.
	Train your staff on EHR use and implementation
	Staff Training. The key to the successful adoption or improvement of an EHR system is to ensure that your staff receives top notch training.   PA REACH East will be with you throughout this process to make certain that your EHR vendor lives up to their end of the deal in providing intensive training for your entire staff.  A member of our team will also be on-site to lend support to the staff as they tackle EHR implementation, which at times can seem to be daunting.
	Understand and achieve meaningful use of your system
	Meaningful Use. PA REACH East will be your experienced guide to lead your practice towards achieving “Meaningful Use” of your EHR system.  We will assist you in performing the quality checks needed to ensure that you are optimizing your systems capabilities, and are capable of producing the required test reports.  Your PA REACH East advisor will then teach your staff how to submit the data necessary to become eligible for financial incentives from Medicare & Medicaid.
