PA REACH East Has Helped Thousands of Providers Achieve Stage 1 Meaningful Use

The PA REACH East team is out in the field assisting over 3,800 providers improve health care in Pennsylvania through Health IT.  To achieve Meaningful Use of an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, providers need to reach three milestones established by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).  Those who are successful will have fully functioning EHRs, helping to assure quality of care for their patients.  They will also be eligible for incentive money from CMS - up to $44,000 for Medicare providers and up to $63,750 for Medicaid providers.

Here’s a quick look at the PA REACH East Dashboard to see where our providers are on their journey towards achieving Stage 1 Meaningful Use.
